The turntable application works on the principle of quickly moving parts between several positions of the turntable. Turntable positions are used for various types of inspections. The final number of turntable positions depends on the customer’s needs and the number of inspections required. Elegant sorting of NOK parts, is part of the system and it is placed in the penultimate position. More positions for segregation could be placed in the system. The OK parts then continue out of the system along the conveyor belt or into the magazin of a predetermined capacity.

This application is most often used to inspect the quality of threads, dimensions and surface defects of small parts of simple shape.
